Returns
At Club Apostle, all sales are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly resolve the issue.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email apostlesclubs@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once the issue is verified, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement item
- A refund to the original payment method
- Store credit
Important Notes
- Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- We do not accept returns for worn, washed, or altered items.
- Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
